Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of products and services offered under the Pragmatic VFX brand, operated by Yunus Balcioglu. If you have questions, contact animatrix2k7@gmail.com.

1. Products and purchases

Pragmatic VFX provides digital training, educational content, downloadable materials, software, tools, and related licenses. The product page and checkout shown at the time of purchase describe the specific product, license type, price, and included deliverables.

Unless stated otherwise, displayed prices are in U.S. dollars. Taxes, payment processing, receipts, and transaction administration may be handled by the checkout provider or merchant of record used for the purchase.

Paddle purchases: For purchases processed through Paddle.com, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders and handles payment-related customer service and returns/refunds under its applicable buyer terms and policies.

2. Digital delivery and access

Products are delivered electronically. Access may be provided through download links, streaming, hosted files, license files, account credentials, or other digital delivery methods. You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, software environment, and internet connection where required.

3. License and permitted use

Your purchase grants only the license stated on the product page or checkout. Individual licenses are for the licensed individual. Studio, team, or organization licenses are limited to the number of users or concurrent seats purchased. Unless expressly stated otherwise, licenses are non-transferable and may not be resold, sublicensed, shared beyond the purchased seat count, published, mirrored, or redistributed.

4. Intellectual property

All course videos, written material, source material, software, tools, examples, graphics, branding, and other original content supplied by Pragmatic VFX remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

5. Restrictions

You may not circumvent access controls or licensing mechanisms, distribute account credentials, make purchased content publicly available, sell copies, or use the product in a way that exceeds the license you purchased. Reasonable backup copies for your own licensed use are permitted where technically applicable.

6. Updates, compatibility, and availability

Product features, supported software versions, delivery methods, and update availability may change over time. Any included update period or perpetual-use right is governed by the product description applicable to your purchase. We may discontinue legacy delivery mechanisms while providing a reasonable replacement where practical.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the Pragmatic VFX Refund Policy, the terms of the merchant of record or checkout provider used for the transaction, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

For product-access or technical-support questions, contact animatrix2k7@gmail.com. Payment, tax, receipt, charge, and refund questions for Paddle transactions may also be handled directly by Paddle.

9. Disclaimer

Educational material and software are provided for professional and educational use. Examples, techniques, code, and workflows are not guaranteed to be suitable for every production, project, hardware configuration, or software version. Except where prohibited by law, products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated on the product page.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pragmatic VFX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Suspension or termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized redistribution, credential sharing, license circumvention, or other material breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law and the policies of the transaction provider.

12. Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive non-excludable consumer rights or statutory protections that apply in your jurisdiction.

13. Changes

These Terms may be updated as products, checkout providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
