PRAGMATIC VFX

Refund Policy

Effective date: September 24, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to digital products and services sold under the Pragmatic VFX brand. For product or access problems, contact animatrix2k7@gmail.com.

1. Digital products

Pragmatic VFX products are delivered digitally and may provide immediate access to videos, downloads, files, software, licenses, or other digital content. Except where required by applicable law or allowed under the transaction provider's policy, completed digital-product purchases are generally non-refundable once access or delivery has begun.

2. Paddle purchases

For purchases processed through Paddle.com, Paddle is the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles transaction refunds under its current buyer terms and refund policy, including any mandatory statutory withdrawal or refund rights that apply in your country.

You can request a Paddle refund through the support or transaction-management link in your receipt, or through Paddle Buyer Support. Paddle's current public refund policy is available at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.

3. Product defects or access problems

If a product is materially not as described, you cannot access what you purchased, or a persistent technical defect prevents normal use, contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, refund eligibility will be handled under applicable law and the policy of the merchant of record or checkout provider.

4. Purchases processed by another provider

If your purchase was processed by a checkout provider other than Paddle, contact animatrix2k7@gmail.com and include the transaction details. The applicable checkout-provider rules and mandatory consumer law will govern the request.

5. Refund effects

If a transaction is refunded, the associated product access, license, entitlement, updates, and related benefits may be revoked or deactivated.

6. Mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
